Implementation Partners
Software that is bought and never properly set up does not get used. Implementation partners do the work that decides whether a customer stays: migrating the data they already have, configuring the system to how they actually operate, training the people who will use it daily, and being reachable when something breaks.
What you would do
- Migrate existing data — the stage where most implementations are won or lost
- Configure the system to the customer's real process rather than a default one
- Train the people who will use it, not only the person who bought it
- Provide first-line support locally, in the language the customer works in
What we provide
- Technical training on configuration, data structures and migration
- Second-line escalation for anything you cannot resolve
- Early sight of product changes that would affect a customer you support
- Documentation you can hand to a customer without rewriting it
Suited to: IT service businesses with people who can sit with a customer and configure a system.

Questions we are asked
It depends on who brought the customer, and it is agreed at the start rather than assumed. What does not vary: the customer is told plainly who to call for what, because an unclear support path is the fastest way to lose them.
