Security and privacy

• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS).
• Credentials and tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.
• Access can be revoked at any time from the provider's own account settings.

Known limitations

Stated plainly, because finding these out during implementation is worse than knowing them now.

• Requires the supplier's cooperation, which is usually the harder half.
• Smaller suppliers often have no system to connect to, in which case file exchange is the practical route.
