Setup requirements
- A Google account with calendar access
- OAuth consent granted by each user, or a Workspace-level connection
- Choice of which calendar receives events

- Read and write access to the selected calendar
- Ability to invite the participants you list
Security and privacy
- Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS).
- Credentials and tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.
- Access can be revoked at any time from the provider's own account settings.
Known limitations
Stated plainly, because finding these out during implementation is worse than knowing them now.
- Two-way behaviour and conflict handling are confirmed per configuration.
- Google applies API rate limits on high-volume sync.
