Security and privacy

• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS).
• Credentials and tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.
• Access can be revoked at any time from the provider's own account settings.

Known limitations

Stated plainly, because finding these out during implementation is worse than knowing them now.

• Busy's data model differs from a connected business system; mapping is agreed up front and some fields have no equivalent.
• Real-time two-way sync is not assumed; most setups use scheduled transfer.
