ANANTATECH HUB

AnantaTech Hub Private Limited

Technology for Every Business. Built for Real-World Growth.

Billing, stock, GST, payroll and legal-practice software for Indian businesses, built in-house.

We build scalable products and digital solutions that simplify operations, solve practical challenges and help businesses across industries grow with confidence.

Investor Overview

Ananta means infinity — limitless possibilities, and the belief that innovation should not be constrained by conventional boundaries.

One Technology Hub. Three Ways We Create Impact.

Industries, solutions and products are separate layers that work together. Knowing which one you need is usually the fastest way to a useful conversation.

Industries

We start from how a business actually runs — the sequences, the paperwork, the people. Retail, manufacturing, legal practice and more, each with its own operating reality.

Solutions

Business capabilities rather than product names: billing, compliance, production, payroll, collaboration. What needs to work, described in the terms you already use.

Products

Software platforms we own and develop. Easy Khata for business operations, LegalPrime for legal practices, and MANUPRIME for factories (coming soon) — all built and maintained in-house.

Industries We Understand

Every sector runs differently. These are the operating realities we build around.

Products We Own and Build

Three platforms, developed and maintained in-house. Two are available today and one is in development — each has its own official site with complete product information. Easy Khata is public on Google Play and the App Store, where the listing and its reviews are anyone's to read.

Connect the Tools Your Business Already Uses

Seventy-eight integrations across twenty-one categories — communication, calendars, documents, payments, compliance, logistics, marketplaces, accounting, business intelligence and AI. We publish the count and the caveat together: one is verified today and seventy-seven are On Request, because we will not mark a connection as working until it has been tested on a real configuration. A logo on a page is not evidence.

AI that answers from your data, not about it

Coming Soon

Most business AI is a chatbot bolted onto a product, answering in general terms about a business it cannot see. We are building it the other way round: your own records as the source, so what is owed, what moved and what a line actually earned come from your books rather than from a guess.

That includes support for the Model Context Protocol, so an AI assistant you already use can read your business data with your permission — an open standard rather than an assistant locked inside one product. Neither is available today, which is why both carry a Coming Soon badge here and on the product pages. We would rather you judged the direction than counted it as a feature.

Why Businesses Choose Ananta

Problem first, software second

Requirements get mapped against how the business operates before anything is designed. The system matches the work, not the other way round.

One connected set of data

Sales, stock, accounts, people and compliance read from the same records, so a change in one place does not need re-entering in three others.

Products, and honesty about their edges

Where one of our products fits, it is the fastest route and we will show you which. Where nothing we make covers it yet, we say so rather than sell you a build.

Honest about what is live

Every capability and integration carries a status. Nothing is presented as available because it appears on a slide.

Experience Behind the Vision

AnantaTech Hub is founded and led by Amit Parekh and Aarti Parekh, who bring more than 14 years and 12 years of IT experience respectively.

Their experience with evolving technology and real business requirements shapes Ananta's approach: understand the problem first, build practical solutions and create technology that can scale with the businesses it serves.

Together, they are building AnantaTech Hub as a broader technology ecosystem — combining industry understanding, scalable solutions and purpose-built products to help businesses move forward digitally.
