We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Professional to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR activities — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management. You will play a key role in building a positive company culture and supporting our organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are up to date.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and performance review processes.
  • Organize training, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Foster a positive work environment and handle employee queries or grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Support management in organizational planning and employee retention strategies.
  • Ethical and Professional communication skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of proven experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist / HR Manager (IT industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), and HR software (Zoho, GreytHR, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
