We are seeking a passionate and talented Sales Marketing Person to join our development team. You will be responsible for building high-quality, responsive, and scalable mobile applications for Android and iOS using the Flutter framework. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile app development life cycles, clean coding practices, and UI/UX implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and convert new leads into customers.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Conduct product presentations, demos, or client meetings.

Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow up for closures.

Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Manage CRM data entry, pipeline tracking, and reporting.

Negotiate pricing and close deals efficiently.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, finance) for smooth delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of sales process & marketing fundamentals.

CRM software familiarity (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) – optional but beneficial.

Digital marketing basics (SEO, social media, email marketing).

Presentation and proposal-making skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent verbal & written communication.

Strong negotiation and convincing ability.

Customer relationship management.

Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
